Please remember that all our products are specially crafted by artisans by hand in Ghana and does not come off a production line. Hence, the item ordered will almost exactly duplicate the object displayed but may slightly differ in detail. However, this gives them individual character and beauty.

You can also get a special short message of your wording engraved onto the product you buy from us. Email our sales team with your short message. Please note, we only accept non-offensive short messages. The charge for this extra service is US$5. If you wish to use our engraving service, please make the US$5 payment by clicking the add to cart button below.

All prices on our website, in email messages, and invoices are in US Dollars only.

Refund Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from our site, simply return it within 30 days, unused and in it's original packaging for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund except shipment cost, which is non-refundable. Shipment cost is dependent upon the weight of the product. The return of goods will be at the customer's expense.

Expected Delivery Time

The process works like this: After your payment has been received, the items you ordered that are in stock will be reserved for your order. Finally, because the items listed on Articimo.com are handmade and are not stored in warehouses in mass quantities, there are some occasions when orders must be specially made. This can present delays in the shipment of an order. In the event that your order must be specially made, you will be contacted by email and informed of the nature of the delay including the expected timeframe for shipment of your order.

When all the items on your order are reserved, your order will be filled and shipped with standard postage. The standard postage normally takes 2-4 weeks to deliver your package. For some destinations, the delivery time is even sooner. This reliable delivery service is operated by the Ghanaian post office. Please note that if you do not provide complete and accurate billing information, your order will be delayed until our credit department receives the required information.

If you want your product to be shipped with an express delivery company such as EMS or DHL, please email our sales team for a price quote. The express delivery takes 1-2 weeks.

Backorder Dates. For those items on your order that can't ship immediately, we'll keep you informed of expected backorder shipping dates so you can plan accordingly. You will receive periodic emails informing you of the status of backordered items. And when the items ship, we will automatically notify you by email.
